Projektleiterin (Software / IT), Senior Agile Coach, Senior Scrum Master
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Agile Coach and Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience in IT project management and agile methodologies to join our team in Munich, Germany. This role is fully remote.
Responsibilities
IT Project Manager
- Multiproject management, gap analysis, proof of concept
- Technical steering and coordination of internal and external project managers in the program
- Monitoring risks, open items, and escalations in the program
- Management of change requests from the program's projects
- Budget management, controlling, and capacity planning
- Participation in steering committee meetings and communication with stakeholders
- Technical steering and leadership of internal and external teams
- Monitoring program status and progress
- Coordination of promised personnel capacity
Lean Agile Coach / Senior Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer
- Establishment and implementation of processes in agile, interdisciplinary teams
- Removal of internal and overarching impediments, as well as de-escalation of cultural conflicts
- Consulting and management of information flow at relevant interfaces
- Coaching of conception and development teams using the Scrum methodology
- Collaboration with the product owner and solution architecture to achieve project goals
- Planning and execution of sprints, retros, and other events
- Management using Jira/Confluence
- Scaling of agile teams to increase maturity
- Role definition and upskilling of all agile roles
