About the Position

NEXUS Swisslab GmbH is seeking a Projektmanager (m/w/d) für medizinische Informationssysteme im Bereich Labor to join our Services Team in Berlin. Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and manage projects from sales handover to completion
• Ensure successful rollout of our software solutions, both technically and commercially
• Organize the project team and act as the central contact for clients and project teams
• Identify and manage project risks
• Serve as an escalation point for clients and resolve existing escalation cases
• Align client requests with project mandates and track changes, additions, and reductions
• Report key project metrics to management, such as resource needs and revenue
• Coordinate project activities with other project managers and departments
• Continuously improve and optimize implementation processes and methods

Requirements

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Leadership and assertiveness
• Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach
• Proficiency in common project management tools
• Excellent German and good English language skills
