Responsibilities

• You will take overall responsibility for exciting development and customer projects
• You will plan projects, coordinate schedules, milestones, and resources, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned
• You will be the central contact person for our customers, building trust and transparency through clear communication
• You will keep an eye on quality, costs, and deadlines, finding pragmatic solutions when challenges arise
• You will identify risks early and develop appropriate measures with the project team
• You will create meaningful project reports and support the development management with solid decision-making bases
• You will introduce modern project management methods such as Scrum or Kanban and continuously improve our project processes
• You will actively contribute to the development of our company and bring your ideas to the table

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of experience in managing technical development or customer projects
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach with strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, confident demeanor, and a hands-on mentality
• Very good German and good English skills in speech and writing
• Proficient in MS Office and common project management tools
