About the Position

Projektų vadovas (-ė)

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in client and personnel management to join our team in Vilnius or Šiauliai, Lithuania.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Manage and develop assigned clients and projects daily, monitor client needs, employee engagement, and project outcomes;
Coordinate employees working on projects, solve daily situations, and ensure smooth project progress;
Coordinate processes related to employees – hiring, dismissal, time tracking, and other administrative actions, ensuring compliance with established procedures and orders;
Collaborate with selection and other internal teams to find the best solutions for clients, projects, and employees;
Identify project growth opportunities and pass them on to the Project Development Manager;
Monitor monthly project results, costs, and profitability, identify deviations, and plan necessary actions.

Requirements

We expect you to:

Have a higher education degree and at least 1 year of experience in client or personnel management;
Speak English at B1–B2 level;
Be able to build and maintain long-term client relationships, understand their needs, identify growth opportunities, and find the best solutions together;
Be organized and able to independently coordinate multiple projects, plan work, set priorities, monitor results, and respond to deviations in a timely manner;
Feel comfortable working with people – able to communicate with project employees, solve emerging situations, coordinate work schedules, and ensure employee continuity;
Have strong communication and collaboration skills: able to quickly assess the situation, make decisions, and find the best solutions with clients and internal teams;
Understand key project financial indicators – revenue, costs, and margin – and ensure accurate and timely work time tracking in compliance with labor law requirements and internal procedures;
Have a B category driver's license and own vehicle.

1849 – 2046 EUR gross/month + allowances based on the motivational system after the probationary period;
