About the Position
We are seeking a Promoter to represent our products and services through marketing activities and in-person demonstrations, increasing customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Illustrate and provide comprehensive details on promoted products/services.
- Establish a positive image and convince consumers to use our products/services.
- Use lectures, films, charts, and/or slide shows.
- Develop interest and understand customer preferences.
- Set up promotional stands or booths and use graphic illustrations such as films, charts, slide shows, and etc to promote products/services.
- Report feedback from all promotion initiatives or projects (interest level, questions asked, number of samples/flyers distributed, etc.).
- Distribute promotional materials such as product samples, flyers, brochures, among others in a friendly, approachable manner as well as meet up with clients to restock promotional materials and solicit new sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company, products or services.
- Travel to and represent the company at trade shows, conventions, and conferences.
- Set up sales and promotional goals including building a contact list.
Requirements
- Prior work experience as a promoter or similar role.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Experience in sales or service industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to comprehend consumer preferences and interact effortlessly with different types of personalities.
- Excellent listening, communication, presentation, and social skills.
- High school degree or BS in Marketing.

Education, Training, & Certification
- Education: For full-time employment, a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred. For part-time or entry-level positions, on-the-job experience is acceptable.
- Certification: Certification is voluntary.
- Training: Internships and entry-level positions can provide the skills and work experience required to work as a promoter.

About the Company
