About the Position

Promotions & Propositions Fulfilment Executive - Gibraltar - 12 Month FTC

This is a hybrid role based in Gibraltar. As a Sportsbook Proposition & Promotions Executive, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Sportsbook promotions that attract, reward, and retain customers across one of the UK's most recognized betting brands. You'll play a key role in optimizing promotional performance, maximizing ROI, and helping shape a market-leading customer proposition.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and delivery of the Sportsbook proposition and promotional calendar.
• Manage the execution of promotional campaigns, including mechanics, customer offers, and stakeholder coordination.
• Analyse campaign performance, customer engagement, promotional spend, and ROI to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Content, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and promotional strategies to help shape future initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience planning, launching, and evaluating customer-facing promotional campaigns.
• Experience working across multiple projects and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of customer retention, promotions, loyalty, or customer engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical experience, including reporting on campaign performance and identifying actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using data to support commercial decision-making.
• A strong interest in sports and an understanding of what engages sports betting audiences.
