Promotions Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a Promotions Specialist for our Africa division to lead promotional strategies and campaigns for Evolution Group products.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for promotion needs in the African division within Evolution, duties such as but not limited to creating and executing promotion campaigns, reviewing their performance and players’ traction to ensure promotions effectiveness and success.
• Encourage and aid Evolution partners in running promotional campaigns on Evolution games.
• Be the expert on promotions, demonstrate a deep understanding of CRM best practices and understanding of the end user.
• Market intelligence - be the expert not only on Evolution campaigns but also on competitors’ activities and most successful practices in the African market.
• Rate Evolution partners according to their engagement in promotions on our games and prepare general recommendations for maximum success.
• Set up the strategy and planning of promotions in conjunction with the Commercial and Marketing departments for all Evolution games, Slots, Live and Table Games alike.
• Create and prepare campaigns’ terms and conditions and ensure they are within the budgetary allowance and legal boundaries according to the market regulations.
• Responsible for continuous reviewing, analysis and optimisation of the promotions, to ensure campaigns’ success and ROI against KPIs.
• Work in close collaboration with Marketing to ensure all promotional materials and tasks are delivered in time.
• Provide insights and guidance to ensure the Commercial team has the required tools and features to execute promotions to the highest standard.
• Have a sound knowledge of Evolution’s Promotion Suite API, so that Evolution partners are encouraged to integrate Promotion Suite and to use it to its maximum benefit and drive revenues.
• Collaborate and work closely with the Promotion Suite manager to ensure the above is executed efficiently.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ year’s experience in a similar role.
• Marketing experience, particularly in strategy development and campaign execution, would be beneficial.
• Experience in the iGaming industry would be advantageous.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field will be advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages will be considered a strong advantage.
• Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong self-motivation with the ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Excellent planning, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong commercial focus.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
