Property Management Specialist

About the Position

Would you like to use your property management experience to help develop solutions that create real value? As a Property Management Specialist at Netcompany, you will work with technical teams and customers to turn real-life experience into solutions that improve property management through a data-driven approach that ensures the right usage of AI and digital capabilities.

Responsibilities

Netcompany is looking for a Property Manager to take a key role in the continued development of our property management solutions. The role is for an experienced, operational property manager who knows the reality of managing properties day to day and can use that experience to help shape better digital solutions. Your responsibilities will typically include:

• Ensuring the product delivers value, automation potential, and efficiency across the property management value chain
• Working closely with the technical team and refinement team on product development
• Supporting business development and sales activities through market dialogue, customer feedback, and pre-sales activities
• Participating in customer meetings and other client-facing activities
• Building trust and credibility in customer dialogues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you:

• Have solid operational experience working as a property manager
• Contribute with operational experience across a property portfolio, including the full complexity of Danish regulatory requirements (e.g., cost control rent 'OMK', free market rent, taxes, duties, and rates, operational budgets)
• Have experience across residential, commercial, and mixed properties, including the customer reporting requirements a property manager faces
• Have experience as a power user or super user of a property management software system
• Have full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken) is a must.
