We're seeking a Leading Telecommunications Engineer for Kyiv, Ukraine to ensure uninterrupted and reliable operation of mobile and fixed-line network objects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates the work of technical maintenance field teams: analyzes network problems and needs, determines priorities, develops an optimal work plan, allocates resources, ensures interaction with other Company departments and third-party organizations, monitors compliance with maintenance technology, adherence to deadlines, ensures information and experience exchange among sector employees, and more.
- Organizes the conduct of planned preventive work on network objects.
- Forecasts the need for spare equipment, materials, and tools.
- Monitors the condition of network objects, develops recommendations for compliance with company requirements and industry standards, enhancing equipment reliability and ensuring the proper state of Company assets.
- Ensures the performance of scheduled maintenance work on fire protection systems (FPS), including alarm transmission systems (ATS), on network objects. Organizes and performs work on integration, configuration changes, and decommissioning (dismantling) of network equipment.
Requirements
- Higher technical education;
- At least 4 years of practical experience in the telecommunications industry. Preferably: experience working in a telecommunications company;
- Practical experience in operating mobile and fixed-line network objects;
- Practical experience in operating modern telecommunications networks;
- Electrical safety qualification group not lower than IV;
- Organizational skills;
- English - pre-intermediate level;
- Driver's license (category B).
