We are looking for a Project Manager for solar stations to join our team in Ukraine. If you have experience in energy construction, this is your opportunity to contribute to exciting and forward-looking projects.
Responsibilities
- Organize the complex of works for the construction of photovoltaic stations (PVS).
- Accept and process tasks for the development of teasers/commercial proposals from the sales department; organize seamless development of teasers/commercial proposals in the project department. Control the deadline.
- Prepare and agree on a package of contracts with the customer for the design, supply, and construction of PVS.
- Develop and monitor schedules for the execution of works and financing schedules.
- From the moment of signing the contracts, maintain communication with the customer until the PVS is commissioned.
- Maintain communication with contractors and control tasks for the development and approval of project documentation, the execution of construction and installation works, and the commissioning of PVS.
- Take direct part in the regulatory process for the commissioning of PVS.
Requirements
- Experience in organizing the construction of energy facilities, CHP plants, distribution devices, 0.4/10 kV power lines is a plus.
- Quick learning of new knowledge.
- Higher technical education.
- Experience in a similar position for at least 1 year.
- Possession of a category B driver's license (with own car).
- Willingness to travel.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the energy sector, power supply.
- Experience as a design engineer.
- Proficiency in programs: AutoCad, PVSyst, Sketch Up, MS Project.
- Experience in the design/construction of photovoltaic stations would be a significant advantage.
- Understanding the principles and algorithms of commissioning facilities would be a great advantage.

- Salary during the internship period: 40,000 - 75,000 UAH (Rate + KRI + Bonuses).
- Schedule: 5/2, Mon-Thu from 9:00 - 18:00, Fri 9:00 - 17:00 (lunch hour).
