Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

We are an iGaming platform operating both our own and partner casino brands. Our key markets include Europe, Canada, Australia, Portugal, and other Tier-1 jurisdictions. We are looking for an experienced PSP Manager to join our Payments Department.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing PSPs, payment aggregators, acquirers, and banking partners;
  • Operational knowledge on withdrawal process and verification of the clients;
  • Monitor and optimize payment performance across all brands;
  • Analyze payment conversion, approval rates, chargebacks, fraud indicators, and operational KPIs;
  • Coordinate PSP integrations and launches from initial negotiations through production deployment;
  • Proactively participate in payment meetings internally and externally.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a PSP Manager, Payments Manager, Payment Operations Manager, or similar role;
  • Mandatory experience in the iGaming industry (Online Casino and/or Sportsbook);
  • Hands-on experience managing deposits and withdrawals within online casino operations;
  • Proven experience negotiating with PSPs to improve commercial conditions, reduce MDR (Merchant Discount Rate), and increase Approval Rates;
  • Strong understanding of key payment KPIs and metrics, including:
    • Deposit Success Rate;
    • Approval Rate;
    • Chargeback Ratio;
    • Withdrawal Processing Time;
    • Payment Conversion Rate;
  • Understanding of payment routing, cascading, BIN optimization, and conversion improvement practices;
  • Understanding of AML, KYC, fraud prevention, chargeback management, and risk monitoring;
  • Experience working with multiple payment providers simultaneously;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion;
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have

  • Existing network of PSP contacts within the iGaming industry;
  • Experience with Canada, Australia, Portugal, New Zealand, and other Tier-1 markets;
  • Experience working with payment aggregators;
  • Hands-on experience with Fintech Hub would be considered a strong advantage.
