Public Relations Coordinator/Intern

We are seeking a Public Relations Coordinator/Intern to join Hotwire Australia, a global PR, communications, and marketing consultancy at the intersection of technology and humanity. This entry-level position is designed to build foundational skills in communications, media engagement, and client service within the Australian PR and communications landscape.

Responsibilities

• Anchor teams and ensure clients are supported and set up for success.
• Help develop and execute integrated PR and communications campaigns.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and workflows to focus on strategic, creative, and relationship-building work.
• Support client account teams across day-to-day administration, research, media monitoring, and campaign execution.

Requirements

• Curious about how technology, especially AI, is reshaping communications.
• Natural storyteller with exceptional written skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• A genuine team player who builds real rapport with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

• Competitive salary: AUD 60,000 - AUD 65,000 per month.
