Purchasing and Warehouse Coordinator

About the Position

We are seeking a Purchasing and Warehouse Coordinator to manage procurement, warehouse operations, and logistics for our business. Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

Purchasing and Procurement Duty

• Handle procurement of networking equipment and electronics with negotiations with suppliers and quoting.
• Handle daily purchasing activities, escalate shortage issues, focus on supplier performance in pricing, agility, supply assurance flexibility, etc.
• Handle RMA requests, contacting suppliers for RMA, shipping/receiving goods following RMA procedure.

Warehouse Management Duty

• Inbound shipments handling: receive goods, inspect, book in ERP, stock to locations.
• Outbound shipments handling: pick and consolidate the order as per request, pack following safety terms, arrange to pick up, and adjust ERP accordingly.
• In-house SKU movements handling.
• Intercompany movements handling: move goods as per request, adjust ERP accordingly.
• Perform regular stock count and system adjustment.
• Keep current stock in organized order.

Logistics Duty

• Domestic and international shipments (air), import, export, customs, and licensing.
• Liaising with the TID office in regard to import/export documentation.
• Other relevant ad hoc matters.

Requirements

• Diploma level or above, with a diploma in logistics/supply chain management/management on transport/warehousing/foreign trade/sales/electronics, will be advantageous.
• Related working experience in Telecom/IT company will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of warehouse management, customs registration, and licensing legislation is preferred.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Matured, well organized, able to work under pressure and independently.
• Attention to detail and tidiness.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
