About the Position

We are seeking a Pursuit Manager to join our team in Ann Arbor, MI, US, or other locations. Manage proposals, collaborate with sales and project teams, and ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for management (preparation, assembly, review, and submittal) of responses to Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with governance.
  • Interfaces directly with and provides support to the sales manager, the project director, and the project manager to set the proposal execution strategy / schedule, assemble proposal response team, and develop the project execution plan and value proposition / win strategies.
  • Ensure conceptual design and business enablement functional teams (estimating, project controls, construction, procurement, subcontracts, LIFTT) are held accountable to provide deliverables in accordance with proposal development schedule.
  • Monitors and manages pursuit team expenditures to align with approved budgets.
  • Participate in cost review. Facilitate risk determination / mitigation and leadership approval discussions.
  • Assist in negotiations as requested. Facilitate discussion and actions to transition proposal basis information to the project execution team upon contract signature.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
  • 4+ years of engineering, project execution, or technical pursuit management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical project execution field.

Work Environment
