About the Position
Universal Bank is a modern Ukrainian bank with a stable reputation for 30 years. Our bank is known for its successful innovation project monobank, a joint retail product of Universal Bank in collaboration with the Fintech Band IT company, which is already actively used by over 10 million clients.
We need your professionalism for:
- Developing AI agents based on LangGraph / LangChain and integrating them through AWS Bedrock
- Building RAG architectures for processing internal bank documents
- Integrating LLM functionalities into the product in collaboration with Fullstack Developers
- Writing clean, documented Python code in accordance with IB requirements
- Participating in code reviews and technical discussions within the team
- Monitoring the quality of models and agents in production
Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents based on LangGraph / LangChain and integrate them through AWS Bedrock
- Build RAG architectures for processing internal bank documents

- Write clean, documented Python code in accordance with IB requirements
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions within the team
- Monitor the quality of models and agents in production
Requirements
- Middle-level experience as a Python AI Engineer
- Comfortable working with both AI agents and LLM integrations, as well as building ML models
- Understanding of agent architectures and ability to build RAG pipelines
- Basic ML expertise (classification, data handling, model quality assessment)
- Understanding the full cycle of a task: from idea to deployed model
- Not necessarily a data scientist, but well-versed in ML processes
- Ability to work under vague requirements, independently decompose tasks
- Willingness to quickly immerse in banking specifics
- English proficiency at the Intermediate level or higher
