Your Role

We’re looking for a skilled Backend Developer (Python + Neo4j) to strengthen our team. If you’re passionate about high-performance systems, backend optimization, and scalable architecture, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Python (proprietary framework on top of FastAPI).
• Build and manage graph databases using Neo4j.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration.
• Focus on performance, scalability, and system efficiency.
• Maintain high code quality with type safety, security, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues to boost overall performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in backend development with Python and OOP.
• Hands-on experience with Neo4j (or other graph databases).
• Experience with Redis or similar NoSQL solutions.
• Familiarity with Pandas, Numpy, and Pydantic modeling.
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, backend architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP) is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
