Python Developer. Vilnius, Lithuania

Currently, we are seeking a Python Developer to join our innovative team.
Responsibilities
- Develop backend systems using Python
- Build and improve APIs and microservices
- Work with SQL databases (write queries, fix performance issues, learn best practices)
- Improve existing code (refactoring, bug fixing, incremental enhancements)
- Integrate with internal and external systems
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions
- Collaborate with DevOps and other team members
We do not expect perfection - learning and improving is part of the job.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Good Python knowledge (you’ve built something beyond tutorials)
- Experience with at least one framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
- Understanding of SQL (SELECT, JOINs, basic performance awareness)
- Comfortable using Git in a team environment
Nice to have (optional):
- Basic frontend understanding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Exposure to React, Vue, or Node.js
- Any familiarity with Docker or CI/CD
