Python Developer (AI, RAG & Prompt Engineering)

About the Position

Are you an experienced Python Developer with a passion for Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs)? We are looking for a talented professional to help drive the development of innovative AI solutions within our organization.

As a Python Developer (AI, RAG & Prompt Engineering), you will play a key role in the development, enhancement, and stability of AI-powered applications. You will work on advanced challenges involving context engineering, knowledge retrieval, and intelligent automation, helping to shape the future of AI-driven solutions across the business.

This position requires a combination of strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective collaboration with stakeholders across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance AI solutions.
• Build and optimize applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Implement and improve Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and prompt engineering strategies.
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions and long-term AI strategy.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to software engineering best practices.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative AI technologies and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data specialists, and development teams to deliver impactful AI products.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Extensive experience in Python software development.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Weaviate), knowledge graphs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with API development and database design and management.
• Proven experience with context engineering across multiple LLM platforms.
• Knowledge of ontologies and SPARQL is considered a plus.
• Experience with Go and/or TypeScript is a plus.
