About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with 10 years of experience to join our team in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine. Oleksii is a software developer who is also interested in web development, high-load systems, data analysis, and a lot of other cool things. Today, Oleksii focuses on Python development (Django, Flask, Tornado) as a backend engineer, along with data science and machine learning. Oleksii is looking for new great stuff from the JavaScript world (AngularJS, Node.js).

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services using Python.
• Write clean, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Work on data science and machine learning projects.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, Flask, and Tornado.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Angular, jQuery, and AWS.
• Experience with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Amazon DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with RESTful architecture and Microservices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Celery, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, PayPal, and Braintree.
• Knowledge of Git, Mercurial, and Subversion.
