About the Position
Python Engineer
Join one of the world's leading systematic investment managers! We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team in Wrocław. You'll get the opportunity to collaborate with experienced engineers and researchers to design and develop high-performance tools that directly impact our low-latency trading strategies.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance tools and monitoring solutions for our complex trading systems.
- Integrate and manage data pipelines for low-latency network analysis (using network packet captures).
- Implement anomaly detection techniques for network traffic and operating system metrics.
- Become a subject matter expert in trading technology and propose measurable improvements to our trading stack.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python and shell scripting.
- A background in data analytics and time series analysis.
- Solid understanding of the GNU/Linux kernel and operating system internals.
- Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, Ethernet).
- Fundamental C/C++ knowledge.
- A genuine interest in financial markets and trading.
- Good communication skills in English (B2+).
