About the Position
We're Techbar - a tech services company led by seasoned delivery professionals and engineers. We help startups, product companies, and digital businesses build and scale software teams through staff augmentation, dedicated squads, and full-cycle product delivery.
We are looking for a Python Full Stack Developer with AI/ML focus to build scalable backend services, modern web interfaces, and AI-powered features for international products. You will work on data-driven and intelligent solutions used by global clients across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable backend services using Python frameworks
- Build modern, responsive frontend applications
- Design and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Implement AI/ML-driven features and services within applications
- Collaborate with data and ML engineers to integrate ML models into production systems
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask)
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
- Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with Docker and containerized deployments
- Experience integrating ML models into applications or APIs
- Understanding of ML workflows and model deployment
- Experience working with ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn is a plus
- Familiarity with LLM integrations or AI services is an advantage
- Good English communication skills
