Python Software Engineer

About the Position

We are looking for a Python Software Engineer to contribute to the construction of high-value solutions for the business, demonstrating a growing capacity for architecture design and the building of scalable components, in accordance with the requirements of the organization's ecosystem. You will create software components within the Python ecosystem that natively implement best practices in security, performance, observability, and automated deployment, ensuring operational continuity and the robustness of the Cloud infrastructure as part of a team responsible for the availability of technological platforms.

Responsibilities

• Construction of high-value solutions for the business through scalable components
• Architecture design aligned with the requirements of the organization's ecosystem
• Creation of software components within the Python ecosystem implementing best practices in security, performance, observability, and automated deployment
• Ensure operational continuity and the robustness of the Cloud infrastructure
• Coordination in an agile manner with other areas to ensure continuous delivery of value
• Delivery of efficient data integration and processing solutions
• Collaboration with high-performance technical cells within a dynamic and challenging environment
• Management of tasks organized by sprints with a focus on the iterative delivery of value
• Management of changing priorities in an organized and autonomous manner
• Design of automated testing and technical documentation to ensure clean integrations
• Application of Artificial Intelligence tools as development accelerators on a daily basis

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development with advanced command of Python and a solid handling of TypeScript
• Demonstrable hands-on experience in container orchestration using Kubernetes
• Experience operating in Cloud environments, specifically Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Handling and configuration of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or GitLab
• Technical judgment and pragmatism to apply Artificial Intelligence tools as development accelerators
• Knowledge of automated testing and technical documentation to ensure clean integrations
• Experience interacting in teams that operate under agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
• High capacity for ownership and self-management oriented toward problem-solving
• Proactivity and a natural disposition to take on complex challenges and push the technical bar forward
• Genuine interest in understanding the scale, impact, and responsibility of operating within the financial ecosystem of the customer
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
