As a Q-commerce Specialties Account Manager, you will play a key role in developing the Q Commerce Specialties Vertical in Poland. This role focuses on building strong relationships with specialty grocery stores, driving growth, and enhancing the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through proactive communication.
- Analyze partners' business performance and ensure growth month-over-month.
- Drive data-backed decision-making by investigating underperforming campaigns and identifying sales trends.
- Develop and execute plans to enhance partners' growth through promotions, marketing activations, and menu performance.
- Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation.
- Gather feedback from partners and translate it into product, marketing, and operations improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment to grow, develop, and make a difference.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Business Consultancy.
- Strategic thinking to help partners grow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, high-performance start-up environment.
- Polish proficiency and very good command of English.
