QA Administrator

About the Position

Our client, an international company operating in the board game industry, is looking for a QA Administrator to join its international Quality Assurance team in Gdańsk. The candidate will need a flexible approach so they can help respond to requests from factories, retailers, or customers.

Reporting to: Head of Quality Assurance (UK)

Responsibilities

• Updating internal databases and project management software.
• Creating test request forms.
• Reviewing pre-production and production samples.
• Gathering reports to prepare technical files.
• Responding to factory, retailer, and customer requests.
• Checking packaging weights, dimensions, and compositions for reporting data.
• Uploading test reports and photos to licensor portals.

Requirements

• Excellent level of written and spoken English (minimum B2)
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work as part of the team.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Exemplary attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
