Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, and Dev Leads to ensure clear acceptance criteria and a consistent Definition of Done
- Develop test cases, test plans, test automation scripts, test data sets, or test procedures based on business requirements
- Develop and maintain the test automation framework
- Collect, analyze, and communicate test results and quality insights to support delivery decisions and continuous improvement
- Maintain QA-related project documentation
Requirements

Must have
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in test automation, with automation as the primary testing approach
- Strong QA mindset with attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Strong Core Java knowledge, including OOP principles, data structures, file handling, XML/JSON processing, failure analysis, and debugging
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium/Playwright + Java)
- Strong experience with API Testing and tools (Postman, Soap UI, Rest Assured)
- Experience with load and performance testing (JMeter)
- Knowledge of databases (SQL) and Unix commands
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices from a quality and testing perspective (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Experience with JIRA management tool, defect prioritization, and triage

- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and ability to test applications and data pipelines deployed on GCP
- Knowledge of microservices testing
- Experience in automating desktop applications
