QA Automation Engineer

About the Position

TransferRoom is a hyper-growth B2B SaaS SportsTech company and the only digital marketplace in the world focusing on the global football industry. We empower football clubs, agents, and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real-time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision-makers.

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our cross-functional squads in Poland, Ukraine, or Romania. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the success of our product.

Responsibilities

• Test our software and automate end-to-end tests.
• Work with C# &.NET for our core services.
• Utilize Playwright for test automation.
• Validate REST APIs.
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server and Azure Cosmos DB.
• Use Azure Functions for cloud-based applications.
• Collaborate with full-stack engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in test automation using Playwright with C#.
• Strong experience in API test automation and validating REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of test automation architecture and best practices.
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and Azure Cosmos DB.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions and cloud-based applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and reliable automation code.

Nice to Have

• Experience with React, React Native, SQL Server, MongoDB, Databricks, Azure, AI & ML.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Page Object Model.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies.
