QA Automation Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our team in Poland, working remotely. This role is ideal for someone with experience in automated testing and CI/CD environments.

The organization is currently expanding its engineering teams and looking for experienced technical leaders who can take ownership of both technology and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scenarios
• Creating and maintaining automated regression test suites
• Testing web applications and APIs
• Identifying, analyzing, and documenting defects
• Working closely with developers and analysts to investigate technical issues
• Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Supporting improvements to QA processes and testing standards
• Troubleshooting test failures and determining their root causes

Requirements

• Commercial experience in QA Automation
• Strong experience with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Serenity
• Experience with API testing
• Understanding of CI/CD and automated testing pipelines
• Good understanding of software development and testing processes
• Ability to investigate technical problems independently
• Experience working closely with development teams
• Relevant certifications and strong technical expertise will be an advantage

We Offer

• 11,000–15,000 PLN/month
• For particularly strong or certified candidates: up to 17,000–18,000 PLN/month
