About the Position

We are seeking a passionate QA Automation Engineer to join our team in Rotterdam and help ensure the highest quality in our digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define, execute, and continuously improve our testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in refinement sessions to analyze and interpret technical specifications.
• Design logical and physical test cases based on defined requirements.
• Plan and coordinate test activities with business analysts and developers.
• Develop, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test scripts.
• Enhance and maintain regression test suites within our Python/Selenium framework.
• Analyze, document, and track defects; clearly communicate results and findings to the development teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, automation coverage, and CI/CD integration.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) principles and the software testing life cycle (STLC).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality software.
• Proven experience in web and mobile UI testing.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for requirements and defect management.
• Knowledge of API testing and data formats such as JSON, XML, and YAML.
• Strong experience with Python and Selenium for automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with tools such as ReadyAPI, Robot Framework, GitHub, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) practices.
