About the Position
QA Automation Internship (part-time & hybrid)
Join Gameloft Bucharest's Builders Lab as a QA Automation Intern to enhance testing efficiency through automation and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Automate repetitive QA tasks such as regression checks and validations
- Use AI tools to design and enhance test automation solutions
- Develop, execute, and debug automated tests (UI and/or API)
- Analyze test results and identify defect patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful QA automation (scripts, tools, and workflow improvements)
Requirements
Candidate Profile – Must Have
- Strong interest in automation and AI technologies.
- Basic programming knowledge (e.g. Python, JavaScript).
- Basic understanding of software or game testing
- Logical and structured thinking
- English level: B1–B2 minimum
Required Knowledge / Tools
- One programming language (e.g. Python, JavaScript)
- Basic Git / version control knowledge
- Familiarity with AI tools

If your application is shortlisted, you’ll be invited to the final stage of our selection process: a live hackathon on June 16 – 17, from 10:00 to 17:00, in our studio. This is where you'll get to show your skills in action, and where we’ll select the final interns joining our team. You’ll be working in cross-functional teams to engineer a gaming platform from scratch. It's a real studio environment where you get to brainstorm, debate, and build side-by-side, supported by our mentors.
