Your Mission

At Alcor, we are looking for a dedicated QA B2C professional to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. Your role will be pivotal in driving quality through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Drive Quality: Ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Test Plans: Elaborate, maintain, and implement detailed test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Analysis: Provide a complete and detailed analysis of failing tests.
• Risk Assessment: Assess risks from test results and alert potential issues in time.
• Reporting: Deliver thorough, well-structured reports to facilitate clear communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Testing Methodologies: Apply extensive testing methodologies to assure the quality of our products.
• Exploratory Testing: Create/apply extensive exploratory testing to identify possible risks.
• Agile Testing: Engage with the squad team in agile testing methodology, E2E testing, sharing knowledge, and creating debate on current practices.
• Automation: Work with the QA automation team to create specifications and acceptance criteria for test scenarios & tools.
• Automation Solutions: Be active in the use of automated testing solutions.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Skills:
  • Team work spirit
  • Great organizational and communication skills
  • Challenge decisions when necessary
• Language: Fluent English is mandatory.
• Testing Approaches: Proficient in black box, grey box testing approaches.
• Knowledge: Good knowledge of development processes, agile methodology.
• Education: Engineering degree.
• Motivation: Motivated for the crypto space.
