QA Engineer

About the Position

An innovative, fast-growing, and progressive investment firm is seeking to recruit a highly experienced, responsible, and strong QA Developer to join their team of professionals. This job represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced, professionally savvy QA Developer to further develop their career with one of Cyprus's fast-growing investment firms.

LOCATION: Limassol (relocation/visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Creation of test documentation (test plan, checklists, test cases);
• Work in bug tracking systems (Jira/confluence, hygger, etc.);
• Functional, integration, regression, and UI testing of mobile and web applications;
• Cross-platform and cross-browser testing;
• API testing;
• Working with logs;
• Compiling bug reports based on testing results, transferring them to developers, and checking fixed bugs.

Requirements

• Testing experience from 2 years;
• Ability to analyze and decompose requirements;
• Ability to apply test design techniques;
• Knowledge of the principles of web and mobile applications;
• Knowledge of the features of IOS/Android platforms, guidelines;
• Understanding of software development methodologies;
• Ability to work with Charles or Fiddler, Postman, Android studio, Xcode simulator, or any other similar programs;
• Knowledge of SQL basics;
• Desire to develop skills in the field of website and application testing;
• English knowledge, and experience in test automation;
