Responsibilities

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring quality within the application/project.

• Analyze documents and various acceptance criteria;
• Execute test scenarios and create them;
• Serve as a bridge between business and IT;
• Work closely with the development team;
• Responsible for defect management (tracking and root cause analysis);
• Document test results to stakeholders;
• Responsible for establishing the test approach;
• Actively seek to improve existing test procedures efficiently;
• Monitor scope, quality, and planning.

Requirements

• Preferably, you have prior experience in testing/analysis;
• You have knowledge of various test tools (HP ALM, JIRA, BugZilla,...);
• You have prior experience or strong interest in test automation;
• You have basic knowledge of one or more technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, XML, and JSON;
• You enjoy working in a structured manner;
• You have good reporting and presentation skills;
• You have a critical mindset and analytical thinking;
• You are communicative, proactive, and assertive;
• You are detail-oriented and driven;
• You are pragmatic;
• You speak Dutch and English and/or French.
