QA Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer to ensure that our products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance. This role involves conducting rigorous testing of products and systems, including manual and automated tests to identify any potential issues.

Responsibilities

• QA Part:

  • Conduct rigorous testing of products and systems, including manual and automated tests.
  • Design and maintain test documentation, test cases, use cases, and bug reports.
  • Understand and apply SDLC and STLC models, software development methodologies, and the role of testing at each stage of software development.
  • Perform functional and non-functional testing.
  • Proficient in QA tools and software (JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, Selenium, etc.), practical experience working with Chrome Dev tools.
  • Understand API testing using Postman and SoapUI, including autotests and test script preparation, experience working with JSON and XML data formats.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS, and ability to write basic JS scripts and SQL queries.

• API Support Part:

  • Maintain and update existing API documentation.
  • Provide API integration support, recommendations, and problem-solving for partners and stakeholders.
  • Process IT Help Desk requests from other departments.
  • Analyze API documentation of partners and prepare integration into our system.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a QA role.
• Experience, preferably, in e-commerce, knowledge, and specifics of testing web applications.
• At least B1 (Intermediate) English proficiency, ability to communicate with partners and stakeholders.
