QA Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a QA Engineer with at least 1 year of experience in manual software testing to join our team in London, UK.

Responsibilities

• Testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications in a manual QA environment
• Performing functional, regression, and cross-browser testing
• Reviewing requirements and preparing clear, structured test cases
• Documenting and reporting issues in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborating with developers, designers, and product stakeholders
• Contributing to the improvement of QA processes and product quality
• Demonstrating ownership of tasks and the ability to drive them to completion

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in manual software testing
• Strong understanding of QA fundamentals and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Good analytical skills and the ability to deeply understand the business logic and goals of the product
• Confident communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Postman
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS) and client-server architecture
• Experience in writing test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports)
• English: Intermediate level or higher

Nice to Have

• Leadership potential and ability to take initiative in task coordination
• Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, etc.)
• Background in business analysis, support, or project coordination
• Experience participating in product or feature scoping sessions
