About the Position
We are looking for a QA Engineer to improve and test enterprise corporate systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and smoke/sanity testing of corporate systems (ERP systems, web applications, integrations)
- Analyze requirements and prepare testing documentation: test plans, test cases, and checklists
- Manage defects throughout their lifecycle: reporting, reproduction, prioritization (severity/priority), and tracking
- Coordinate and support UAT activities with business stakeholders and end users
- Participate in building and improving QA processes, including:
- testing procedures and regulations
- test case repositories
- regression testing coverage
- quality metrics (defect density, escaped defects, regression pass rate)
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and vendors during defect investigation and troubleshooting
Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial experience in Manual QA
- Practical knowledge of test design techniques:
- equivalence partitioning
- boundary value analysis
- decision tables
- pairwise and scenario-based testing
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST API, Swagger/OpenAPI)
- Basic SQL skills for validation and verification queries
- Experience working with logs and basic defect tracing
- Confident use of test management and defect tracking tools:
- Jira
- Azure DevOps
- TestRail / Zephyr / Xray
- Understanding of STLC/SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Technical English sufficient for reading documentation and technical materials
Nice to Have
- Experience building or improving QA processes, including:
- test strategy
- documentation templates
- QA procedures and standards
- test case repositories
- Experience testing ERP/CRM systems such as:
- SAP
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Creatio
- IT-Enterprise
- Master
- 1C
- or other enterprise platforms
- Basic scripting or test automation experience:
- Python / JavaScript
- Postman/Newman
- Playwright
- Selenium
- REST Assured
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes
