About the Team

Obszar IT E-Commerce w Silky Coders odpowiada za rozwój i wydajność platform sprzedażowych, takich jak strony internetowe i aplikacje mobilne, które obsługują klientów na 46 rynkach. Zespoły E-Commerce specjalizują się w kluczowych elementach platform, takich jak płatności, zakupy, promocje, zwroty i aspekt wizualny. Specjaliści IT dbają o ich rozwój, dostosowując systemy do zmieniających się potrzeb rynku, wpływając tym samym na jakość obsługi klientów marek Grupy Kapitałowej LPP, takich jak Reserved, Sinsay, House, Mohito i Cropp.

Obecnie szukamy osoby na stanowisko QA Engineer, która posiada doświadczenie w testowaniu aplikacji webowych i mobilnych oraz praktyczną wiedzę w obszarze automatyzacji testów, testowania API i nowoczesnych narzędzi wspierających pracę zespołów QA. Szczególnie mile widziane będzie doświadczenie w budowaniu i rozwijaniu procesów automatyzacji testów od podstaw. Szukamy osoby, która nie tylko potrafi efektywnie realizować działania testowe, ale także aktywnie wspierać i kształtować kierunek rozwoju automatyzacji z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych modeli AI.

Dołączysz do międzyobszarowego zespołu, który rozwija wewnętrzny system rekomendacji wspierający personalizację doświadczeń zakupowych. Tworzymy rozwiązania pozwalające prezentować użytkownikom spersonalizowane elementy serwisu, dopasowane do ich zachowań, preferencji oraz aktualnych trendów zakupowych. Na co dzień łączymy potrzeby biznesowe z technologią, przekuwając pomysły i hipotezy w konkretne rozwiązania, które następnie weryfikujemy za pomocą testów A/B. Dzięki temu możemy mierzyć realny wpływ naszych działań na kluczowe wskaźniki biznesowe, takie jak konwersja czy średnia wartość koszyka (AOV).

To środowisko, w którym Twoja praca będzie miała bezpośrednie przełożenie na doświadczenia milionów użytkowników oraz wyniki biznesowe największych marek e-commerce w Polsce.

What is Important for Us

• Minimum 3 years of experience in testing web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of tools: TestFlight, Firebase App Distribution/ App Tester, Jenkins, Postman, Swagger, TestRail, Jira, Confluence, Git/ Bitbucket/ GitLab, BrowserStack.
• Experience in testing REST API using Postman, Swagger, or REST Assured.
• Knowledge of test automation and familiarity with technologies: Java, Kotlin, Swift, Python, TypeScript, Selenium, or Playwright.
• Practical ability to use AI/LLM tools supporting testing and test automation – e.g., for analyzing requirements, designing test cases, generating test data, analyzing logs/errors, and supporting the creation of automated tests.
• Ability to create and maintain test scenarios.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL.
• Very good knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Practical knowledge of software quality assurance.
• Ability to plan, prepare, and conduct tests.
• English at a level of B1/B2, enabling reading of technical documentation.
• AI-powered skills: Experience with AI tools translating into measurable time savings and quality improvements.

• Test web and mobile applications on Android and iOS.
• Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory tests.
• Test REST APIs.
• Create and develop automated tests for API, Web, and Mobile.
• Prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Analyze errors, logs, and test results.
• Document test progress and report defects.
• Collaborate with testers, developers, and project teams.
