QA Engineer

About the Position

Join our team as a QA Engineer to design and execute test scenarios, ensuring the quality of applications across UI, API, and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Plan and perform functional, integration, API, UI, and mobile testing
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts
• Analyze test results and report defects
• Prepare test documentation and test reports
• Collaborate with developers and analysts throughout the software development lifecycle
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and tools
• Participate in quality assurance activities across multiple projects

Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial experience in software testing
• Hands-on experience with mobile, API, and UI testing
• Knowledge of software testing techniques and methodologies
• Understanding of SDLC and QA lifecycle processes
• Basic programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Experience with test automation and/or performance testing tools
• Willingness to develop automation and software development skills
• Experience working with Git
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience with JIRA and defect tracking tools
• Experience creating test documentation and test reports
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English and Polish

Nice to Have

• Experience with API test automation using REST Assured, Postman/Newman, or Playwright API
• Experience with contract and integration testing
• Experience with mobile test automation using Appium
• Experience with UI automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
• Knowledge of TDD and BDD practices
• Good understanding of CI/CD processes
