This role is within the R&D team that develops and manufactures technology and electronic solutions that work on the real battlefield, not in beautiful presentations for investors.

The company is rapidly scaling, establishing processes, and strengthening teams.

Due to the expansion of the IQ team in the R&D department, we are looking for a QA Engineer (UAV), whose solutions will be implemented in hundreds of thousands of products, change the course of history, and ensure Ukraine's technological advantage for decades to come.

This is an opportunity to work in a full-cycle team: from idea to serial product. Here you can manage your projects, influence technical decisions, and quickly bring them to life thanks to your own production.

Responsibilities

• Conducting functional, non-functional, and regression testing of imagery and optics;
• Field and laboratory testing - conducting camera tests in laboratory and field conditions;
• Drone piloting to verify the operation of video cameras in the air;
• Maintaining test documentation. Analyzing requirements, creating and maintaining checklists, test cases, and test plans, creating bug reports, regression testing;
• Close interaction with engineers, developers, hardware team, and prototyping specialists.

Requirements

• Experience in operating UAVs;

• Understanding of the fundamental principles, methods, and processes of QA;

• Basic knowledge of electronics, physics, circuit design, and basic programming;

• Communication: ability to clearly and reasonably express opinions;

• Willingness to learn quickly, accept constructive criticism, and work on mistakes;

• Attention to detail and a systematic approach.
