QA Manual Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan testing
• Analyze project documentation
• Create and maintain various types of test documentation (test cases, checklists, user stories, bug reports, etc.)
• Perform various types of manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Participate in all meetings with the team and the client
• Provide test reports and prepare metrics
• Improve testing and development processes on their projects
• Perform other tasks of the manager within the framework of the position

Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial experience in manual testing in an outsourced company
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level (conversational level of English for the ability to conduct calls with clients)
• Understanding of the architecture and technology stack of web applications (client, server interaction protocols, web server, database server, etc.)
• Experience with various types of manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Experience in analysis and testing of project documentation
• Experience in creating/maintaining test documentation (test cases, checklists, user stories, bug reports)
• Understanding of REST API, experience testing REST API using Postman
• Experience working in an Agile team, deep knowledge and understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Experience in providing an estimate of time for testing
• Experience of testing 2 or more projects at the same time
