QA Specialist/Software Tester

About the Position

We are seeking a QA Specialist/Software Tester with 3+ years of experience in automated testing to join our team in Den Haag, Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation and maintenance of automated test procedures for new products, with a special focus on Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Developing, implementing, and updating test plans in close collaboration with the development team to ensure all product aspects are thoroughly tested.
• Identifying and implementing improvements in test procedures and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Working within multifunctional scrum teams to align testing strategies and plans from early product development to launch.
• Collaborating with various departments with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• HBO werk- en denkniveau
• Experience with administrative and logistical software is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and automated testing
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive attitude and work methodology
• Stress-resistant
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented
• Ability to work across departments
