SGS’s Food industry services help ensure food safety, quality, and compliance through testing, inspection, certification, and auditing-supporting businesses across the supply chain from farm to fork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted product inspections across own label products to ensure they deliver to the agreed specifications
• Conduct Depot Hygiene Audits at established frequencies
• Conduct sampling of products to assess taste profile across a wide range of food categories
• Inputting data and analysis into unique computer systems

Requirements

• Essential Qualifications / Knowledge:

  • HACCAP
  • Food hygiene certifications
  • Temperature legislation / equipment / monitoring systems

• Ideal Candidate Experience:

  • Food systems and Quality Assurance
  • Working in large depots
  • Food manufacturing systems
  • Using Excel and warehouse systems
