About the Position
We’re looking for a QA Tester who will work closely with our Data Science team to validate model performance and ensure the consistency, reliability, and reproducibility of results. This role is ideal for someone who’s meticulous, proactive, and deeply invested in doing things properly. You’ll test, document, and challenge every output - ensuring that what we release meets forensic-level standards.
Responsibilities
- Validate and benchmark model outputs against defined datasets and metrics.
- Monitor accuracy, consistency, and version differences across model iterations.
- Document findings in a structured, reproducible format.
- Collaborate with data scientists to refine evaluation criteria and test cases.
- Support dataset integrity checks and anomaly detection.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal validation frameworks.
Requirements
- Experience testing or validating ML/AI systems.
- Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries (Pandas and/or Polars, NumPy).
- Understanding of metrics like precision, recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC.
- Analytical mindset with extreme attention to detail.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
