Job description

About the Position

We are seeking a QA Engineer with experience in Payment Systems, Billing, and QA processes to join our multicultural team in Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Testing new functionality
  • Performing regression testing
  • Creating and maintaining bug reports throughout their lifecycle
  • Writing and maintaining test documentation
  • Collaborating with the team throughout all development stages

Requirements

  • Experience with Payment Systems, Billing
  • Understanding of QA processes as part of the software development life cycle, including planning, test design, functional testing, regression testing, and defect tracking
  • Experience in applying test design techniques
  • Experience in writing test documentation (test plans, test cases, checklists)
  • Good understanding of client-server architecture
  • Experience in identifying, analysing, investigating, and addressing client-server issues with the appropriate team
  • Confident working with test management tools such as Xray or TestRail
  • Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or Insomnia
  • Experience in cross-browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and cross-platform testing (Android, iOS, Windows, macOS)
  • Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and Git
  • Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience working with macOS, iOS, Android, Windows
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • UI and API automation experience with Python and Playwright
  • Experience with Grafana, Tableau
