About the Position

Responsibilities

  • Test new features and improvements across UI and backend (gRPC-based services)
  • Perform requirement analysis and identify risks before testing starts
  • Work with gRPC requests using Kreya
  • Analyze logs (Grafana) to verify correct service behavior
  • Support and maintain regression coverage
  • Participate in early testing stages
  • Collaborate with Automation QA to define candidates for automation
  • Support release validation
  • Take ownership of complex features
  • Proactively improve testing processes
  • Participate in production incident analysis and prevention

Requirements

  • Core Skills:

    • 3+ years of QA experience
    • Experience testing backend-driven systems
    • Practical experience with gRPC APIs
    • Experience working with tools like Kreya (or similar API clients)
    • Understanding of microservices architecture
    • Experience analyzing logs (Grafana or similar)
    • Basic understanding of databases
    • Experience testing integrations
    • Strong knowledge of test design techniques
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
    • Experience with Xray or similar test management tools
  • Soft Skills:

    • System thinking (understands impact beyond a single feature)
    • Ownership mindset: responsible for quality, not just execution
    • Proactive communication and risk awareness
    • Ability to work with incomplete requirements
    • Structured thinking and attention to detail
