QA/Support Engineer

About the Position

We are looking for a QA/Support Engineer to author and QA AI-driven automations against defined healthcare workflows, execute high-volume repetitive automation tasks with accuracy, and maintain structured technical and process documentation for a healthcare technology platform. You will contribute to continuous improvements of core applications and internal tooling while collaborating across product, engineering, and QA teams using GitHub, Slack, and JIRA. This is a 3-month contract engagement with potential for extension, requiring fast ramp-up and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and documentation.
• Execute detailed and high-volume, repetitive automation tasks with accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvements of core applications and internal developer tooling to optimize customer and team workflows.
• Create structured technical and process documentation to support ongoing application operations.
• Utilize remote communication and collaboration platforms such as GitHub, Slack, and JIRA to maintain project alignment and speed.

Requirements

• 1+ years of technical or software-adjacent experience; comfortable working from structured process documentation.
• Experience authoring and QAing AI-driven automations against defined healthcare workflows.
• Fast ramp-up time expected within a few days of joining.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with high-volume, repetitive task execution.
• A strong sense of ownership and willingness to overcome every challenge with the same level of energy, regardless of the complexity or the end goal.
• Experience working in an environment leveraging remote communication and collaboration tools such as GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.
• Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal effectiveness, in one-on-one interactions and presenting to a room.
• A deep sense of quality and attention to detail.
• Strong software engineering foundation and experience.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
