Position Overview

Responsible for quality control (QC) of sealing materials. Adhere to standard operations from safety, quality, and efficiency perspectives, contributing to maintaining stable product quality.

Job Description and Responsibilities

Quality control (QC) is divided into office staff and laboratory inspectors.

Inspectors conduct shipment inspections on samples submitted from manufacturing, following procedures and making pass/fail judgments.

QC staff are categorized into product segments: "construction sealants," "hot melt," "adhesives," and "automotive sealants." This position requires knowledge of the automotive industry.

Main Job Duties

• Monthly report creation and submission to customers
• Investigation and handling of in-process defects
• Handling disposal applications for quality defective items
• Issuance and revision maintenance of specifications and procedures
• Investigation of complaints/claims and confirmation of stored samples

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in the automotive industry
• Basic computer skills
• High school level proficiency in Japanese and math (necessary for creating inspection data and managing statistics)
