Responsibilities:
- Perform 3rd party ISO9001/14001/45001(OHSAS 18001) audits for Japan customers
- Provide timely and accurate reviews of customer corrective action and closure
- Document and report audit activities and results
- Interact directly with clients at all levels of management in developing timely, complete, and accurate report of their current level of compliance or implementation of their management system
- Maintain schedule of audit activity with customers
- Maintain appropriate auditor credentials / qualifications and pursue advancement of those credentials and other related credentials as needed
- Contribute to the growth and development of a world-class, industry-leading auditing team
- Conducting ISO9001, ISO14001 & 45001(OHSAS 18001) Foundation Training and Internal auditor course
- Provide sales support when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Currently doing 3rd party audits with minimum of 5-year experience in quality management system
- Currently qualified as an Auditor of ISO 9001/14001/45001 and/or at least 5-year experience of QHSE management systems in industries such as Chemicals, Metal, Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical and other industries.
- Experience with different industry types, able to be qualified for multiple NACE codes
- Effective communication skills in English and Japanese
- Proven project and/or team leader, delivering service excellence
- Ability to work in an international team, delivering and leading teams to produce high quality deliverables on time and in budget
- Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel, often with conflicting demands and timelines
- Able to clearly delegate tasks and provide sufficient guidance, support and feedback on performance in constructive manner to Management
- Willingness to travel and work around Japan and other locations.
- Fluency in Japanese-with advanced competence in reading, writing, speaking-is required for this position
