About the Position
Our client, an international medical technology company, is seeking a Quality Assurance & Quality Management System Manager for their production site in Treviso, Veneto, Italy. The role focuses on improving the Quality Management System and acting as the local quality reference, in close collaboration with local teams and the headquarters in Barcelona.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Manage non-conformities, CAPAs, and Root Cause Analysis activities
- Support and improve quality processes within production and manufacturing
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quality-related issues
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities
- Ensure accurate documentation and process standardization
- Act as the link between the Italian production site and the central Quality / Regulatory teams
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics, Telecommunications, or similar)
- Experience in QA / QMS within industrial environments
- Experience working with electronic products or components
- Knowledge of quality systems, CAPAs, and industrial processes
- Experience in medical devices or other regulated industries is a plus
- Fluent English required
- Italian and Spanish are valued
