About the Position

We build production-ready applications, CAD/PLM/BIM workflow extensions, and AI-enabled solutions for global clients. Our ecosystem partnerships include Autodesk, Siemens, Dassault Systèmes, PTC, Bentley, and others-which means you'll work with cutting-edge tools and real engineering challenges, not generic IT projects.
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Ukraine (remote) or Uzbekistan (hybrid). The focus is on improving operational workflows and enhancing overall experience across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and carry out routine manual and automation QA tasks according to company QA procedures
- Set up and establish a testing pipeline and QA infrastructure from scratch, including frameworks, tooling, and reporting systems
- Plan and estimate QA efforts on typical projects
- Identifying and creating reusable test data, methods, and frameworks
- Provide accurate and complete testing on clients’ projects
- Research, learn, and practice new testing methodologies, techniques, and skills
- Break down major tasks into smaller subtasks
- Work with cross-team product owners, developers, and other test engineers to support the current QA processes
- Organize and participate in team and client meetings
- Report on statuses, progress, and concerns of clients
- Mentor QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate test development and improve overall testing efficiency
- Demonstrate strong cross-cultural communication skills when collaborating with international stakeholders and distributed teams
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and QA methodologies
- Background in both manual and automated testing of desktop, mobile, and web applications including end-to-end and API testing
- Basic understanding of web technologies and applications built with.NET, Angular, or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with test automation using Robot Framework; experience with similar automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium is also considered
- Practical knowledge of creating and maintaining test automation documentation
- Experience in performance testing using JMeter
- Proficient in Visual Studio Code (VS Code) for test automation
- Working knowledge of databases
- Applied experience using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, etc.)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
- Experience in setting up a test engine and QA infrastructure from scratch
- Strong experience with bug tracking systems (Jira, Redmine)
- Intermediate+ level of English
