About the Position
Quality Assurance Engineer (French Speaker) - International Recruitment
WE ARE META is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer (French Speaker) for international recruitment. This is a hybrid role based in either Porto or Lisbon.
Responsibilities
- Design, write, and execute test cases
- Identify, document, and track defects
- Work with automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.)
- Utilize bug tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Ensure solid understanding of functional and non-functional testing
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of proven experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing
- Professional fluency in French, English, and Portuguese (at least B2, mandatory)
- Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.)
- Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Availability for a hybrid work model, 2-3 times a week in the Porto or Lisbon offices

- Experience in diverse sectors of the tech industry
